Kevin invites you to explore his website and enjoy all the photographs taken for you. He lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with his wife, Linda and their border collie, Rocky. We moved to Idaho from Alaska where we lived for 34 years. Kevin retired from the Alaska State Troopers in 2013 and moved to Idaho in 2015. Linda also retired in 2013 after 12 years with a private school as a teachers’ aide.
I began my photography career the spring of 2023 photographing sunsets and the Milky Way. Later in the summer I was a “Media Photographer” for the North Idaho State Fair. I provided them and the Coeur d’Alene Press with dozens of photographs that were published. Later, in early September, I began photographing the “Season of Osprey” at Hayden Lake, Idaho. By mid-November and through early January, I photographed the “Season of Eagles” at Lake Coeur d’AIene, Idaho. Again, I was published in the Coeur d’Alene Press more times than I can remember. Most recently I have been the recipient of numerous different awards from International Photography Groups.
For me it’s all about sharing my work. I really find pleasure in the countless comments praising the quality of my photography and am humbled by the testimonies. I want to please my “Photography Family” with the best quality and most interesting photographs that I can.
“I believe that everyone is entitled to professional photographs at reasonable prices. I always try to create a dialogue with anyone who shows and interest in purchasing one of my prints.”
“Life goes by so fast that we often find ourselves missing out on the beauty of nature. As such, we are either unable to capture it with a photograph or end up with a photograph that isn’t as beautiful as we saw. Hopefully, you will find that my images reflect the beauty of places you’ve been or places that you would like to go”.
